· Evening Service at the Negaunee Cemetery – a traditional Scandinavian memorial observance in which candles are placed at the graves of loved ones. We meet at the main gate at 5:00 pm (bring a flashlight!) to place candles at graves, followed by a simple service of remembrance, song, scripture and prayer at 5:30 pm. Candles may be reserved in advance (or at the cemetery) from the youth group for a $3 donation. Candle order forms are available at the church exits. If you can’t be present Nov. 4 but would like a candle placed, we would be happy to place a candle for you near the cemetery’s main entrance.

+6:00 pm Thursday Bible Study: If we confess the cross is the place where we see God revealed most fully, then we need to reconsider all of our assumptions and statements about God in light of what happens to Jesus, the man “hanging on a tree.” Come join “Making Sense of the of the Cross.”
